Two additional offers on the property came forth, in just a few hours:  Ours was eventually accepted around midnight.  Without Fidelia's capable and detailed guidance at that time, we feel that either ours would have been likely rejected, or that we'd have had to pay more for the property than we did. You should call Fidelia right now! Without her we would be living in a friends basement. After many unsuccessful offers with another agent, we were very frustrated with the Seattle market.
